Adam and his colleagues are also ready to welcome OVTA members with cards to a free tour of the caves. Caves co-owner Chris Hinsperger explains the benifits this program has on his business: "we want our OVTA members to see what we have here and add that to their 'product knowledge' of the Ottawa Valley. That's just good business for us because of the referrals we will get. Because we are giving a free tour we insist that people have OVTA cards. One is given free to each OVTA member however for $2 each an OVTA business can get additional cards for their staff. I buy ten every summer for our staff and it is seen as a 'perk' for working in the tourism industry."
